Mah Jong Introduction

This is not the Solitare Version (which is also called Mahjongg, Mah Jong).
It is based on 17 tiles and ADJUSTED for simplicity using Popular rules.
This is not any real official ruleset. It is one generated for my playing group.
These rules may change at any time if my playing group decides to change any rules for convenience or any reason.
