He lettered in music in his last year of Highschool. He attended four choir classes: bell choir, men's choir, concert choir and church choir. He has performed in Abravanel Symphony Hall amongst other venues.

He started Cornish College of the Arts in 2005. Taking as many music classes as was allowable, he extended his four years to cover more then most. He graduated with a Bachelors in Music, May of 2010.
